New version of human Emulator Studio based on Chromium (CEF) released - beta 6.0.45

- the Recreate item is added to the context menu of the browser bookmarks
- added a button to the toolbar "Refresh"
- when writing utf-8 files they now write CZ to UTF-8 without BOM
- added clipboard->set_html command to simulate copying html from some site
- browser->refresh command improvement
- improved startup script (removed interception of the focus at the start)
- browser improvement - >set_width and browser - >set_height
- improving stability
