Update Human Emulator Studio 7.0.14

New version of Human Emulator Studio based on Chromium (CEF) released - 7.0.14

Changes:

• improved the dialog for viewing and editing the profile of the current bookmark
• improved item tree panel
• added the ability to specify the profile name and description
• added to the profile height and the width of the browser
• improved scrolling when working with items outside the selected part of the page (made +100 from the bottom edge)
• the selected and selectedindex properties are added to the inspector
• updated the helper code
