Update Human Emulator Studio 7.0.18

New version of Human Emulator Studio based on Chromium (CEF) released 7.0.18.

Changes:

• improvement the log of requests humana sites
• improved stopping and rebooting
• improving record settings and protection from write failures on the hard drive
• the improvement in the panel items list : add context menu action + open the inspector by double-clicking
• improving the functions of the webpage->get_web_page_code
• improving the functions of the app->clear and menu item to Clear all (clears all tabs now and not Toloko active and remove the extra folder in the folder of the current port)
• improving the app- > clear_cache
• minor improvements and bug fix interface
• bug fix passing command line parameters when starting Studio from bat file
• bug fix adding some functions in the add code dialog
