Update Human Emulator (based on chromium) beta 6.0.44 aviable. 

Changes: 

• improving the operation of breakpoints
• improving window->execute_open_file (files are reset after each operation)
• improving the functions of the mouse motion trajectory in the jobs of the coordinates outside the visible page
• improving the functioning of the macro to record the scripts using mouse and keyboard

in function enable_proxy and disable_proxy - added parameter to indicate the need to re-create the browser when running these commands
